The last time college football rosters looked this different from one season to the next most likely occurred during the war years – as in the World War II years.

Last month, Prairie State Pigskin posted a list of Division I movements for the four Illinois FCS teams. Today, we update our coverage to show roster changes from spring semester to now. These changes include not only D-I movement – FBS to FCS, FCS to FCS, FCS to FBS — but also additions coming from lower divisions as well as NAIA, junior, community and city colleges.
